Is dedicated to providing a harassment-free, inclusive, educational and enjoyable conference experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, level of geekiness or pre-disposition to SEO related jokes.

We do not tolerate harassment of delegates or organisers in any form, including inappropriate online abuse as a response to talks or comments. Sexual language and imagery is also not appropriate for the conference venue, including within talks.

Any delegates violating these rules may be penalised, sanctioned, and expelled from the conference (without a refund) at the discretion of the conference organisers.

Harassment includes offensive verbal or online based comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, level of geekiness, or pre-disposition to SEO related jokes, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks , inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to do so immediately.

Exhibitors in the venue and all staff at the venue are also subject to our code of conduct policy. Exhibitors should not use sexualised images, activities or costumes, which in any way could create a sexualised environment.

If any participant engages in harassing behaviour, any of the Oneoffecommerceseo team or supporting staff may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference.

If you are being harassed, notice someone else being harassed, or have any other concerns, we will be more than happy to provide assistance in contacting the appropriate venue security or police, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference.

You can report concerns anonymously, but that will limit what we can do. If you are happy to give your name and contact details we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to investigate any breaches of our code of conduct.
